Program Designer - Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

The Program Designer will lead the design process to develop and pilot high quality, context-responsive entrepreneurship programs and proposals across the regions we operate in. The position will play a key role in leading research efforts to inform new models and programs that align with ygap’s mission and have the potential to be commercialised, providing support for ygap’s regional teams to scope and prototype new program opportunities to increase their impact in their respective contexts, and managing existing as well as developing new partnerships with external stakeholders who complement our work.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will work closely with the Executive team to grow ygap’s ability to achieve a more equitable and sustainable world through inclusive entrepreneurship. 

The role will be responsible for operationalising ygap’s strategy, maintaining and improving day-to-day operations, and ensuring a strong foundation of governance and compliance. The role combines project management, human resource management, and systems design. As the Operations Manager, you will lean on your experience and knowledge of operational frameworks and approaches to coordinate and mobilise resources, implement fit-for-purpose systems and processes, and enable ygap to grow its impact through inclusive entrepreneurship.

First Gens Mentor - Australia

Mentors will be responsible for providing technical and entrepreneurial guidance to entrepreneurs participating in the First Gens Program. This can be delivered through the facilitation of masterclasses, a once-off mentoring session, and an ongoing mentorship relationship (preferred).

This program supports migrant and refugee led social impact ventures that are improving the lives of people living in disadvantage in Australia.
