About the Role:

The Partnerships Manager will be instrumental in bringing the Polished Man campaign to life. The position will require someone with strong campaign, fundraising and partnerships experience. A natural relationship builder, you will excel at developing strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships. You will need to come loaded with your little black book of contacts and networks for both partnership opportunities and pro bono suppliers/agencies. You will be a data driven fundraiser who uses insights to guide strategy and thinking. You will need to be prepared to come in and hit the ground running!

Pacific Islands Program Manager

About the Role:

The Pacific Islands Programs Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of a portfolio of programs and partnerships that support impact and women led entrepreneurship in the Pacific Islands region. Within the portfolio, the Programs Manager will be responsible for leading assigned programs and partnerships. They will also work closely with the Pacific Islands Regional Manager to contribute to other activities within the region. The role works across all stages of programs and partnerships including proposals, design, content creation, delivery, coordination, administration and reporting. The Programs Manager will also be a vital stakeholder for liaising and building relationships with key players in the women and impact entrepreneurship sector across the region.

Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

A newly created role in our growing organisation, the Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Marketing by coordinating the execution of ygap’s marketing strategy. This hands-on and dynamic role will engage internal and external stakeholders to gain information and insights in order to recommend and create marketing solutions that support ygap to achieve its strategic objectives. The role will work closely with the organisation’s key revenue
stream leads to recommend and create initiatives and activities across social media, web design, SEO, and email and content marketing, in line with best practice standards.

First Gens Mentor - Australia

Mentors will be responsible for providing technical and entrepreneurial guidance to entrepreneurs participating in the First Gens Program. This can be delivered through the facilitation of masterclasses, a once-off mentoring session, and an ongoing mentorship relationship (preferred).

This program supports migrant and refugee led social impact ventures that are improving the lives of people living in disadvantage in Australia.
