ygap First Gens Program Manager

ygap is seeking a First Gens Program Manager to build upon the success of the ygap First Gens Program that supports CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse)-led impact ventures across Australia. The First Gens Program Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational management of the program. 

The scope of this role will include delivering an experimental new program with a values-aligned partner and exploring additional revenue streams for the program to drive scale. This is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity and is perfect for a candidate who has lived experience in entrepreneurship, program management, workshop facilitation, and product commercialisation.

Polished Man Graphic Designer

The in-house Graphic Design role is a crucial part of  Polished Man’s work. You will be working alongside  a fast-paced team in an exciting and agile non profit, sometimes on regular deliverables such as  campaign reports, and sometimes on conceptualising  the look and feel of a new campaign. The position  requires someone with excellent design skills, deep  knowledge and experience across the Adobe suite,  an open and creative mind, and the ability to work in  a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.  

Most of our team at ygap headquarters is located in  Melbourne, however, we are open to remote work for  the right candidate, with flexibility in work times.

First Gens Mentor

Mentors will be responsible for providing technical and entrepreneurial guidance to entrepreneurs participating in the First Gens Program. This can be delivered through the facilitation of masterclasses, a once-off mentoring session, and an ongoing mentorship relationship (preferred).

This program supports migrant and refugee led social impact ventures that are improving the lives of people living in disadvantage in Australia.
