Chief Business Development Officer

The Chief Business Development Officer will be part of ygap’s executive leadership team and will work alongside a passionate, capable, innovative team who believe in the power of social entrepreneurship to lift the poorest out of poverty.

As the Chief Business Development Officer, you will be a leader in your field and bring this expertise to support the growth of ygap’s current fundraising activities. You will create and strengthen relationships and connections to generate deep, sustainable global impact and will have the opportunity to conceptualise and implement new, innovative fundraising initiatives.

Polished Man Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will be instrumental in leading Polished Man and being the glue that holds the campaign together. This position will require someone with strong campaign, fundraising and digital marketing experience. You will need to come on board with your little black book of contacts and networks for both partnership opportunities and pro-bono suppliers/agencies. You will be a data driven fundraiser who uses data and insights to drive strategy and thinking. You will be a strong leader with the ability to articulate a vision and rally people around you. You will need to be prepared to come in and hit the ground running!

First Gens Mentor

Mentors will be responsible for providing technical and entrepreneurial guidance to entrepreneurs participating in the First Gens Program. This can be delivered through the facilitation of masterclasses, a once-off mentoring session, and an ongoing mentorship relationship (preferred).

This program supports migrant and refugee led social impact ventures that are improving the lives of people living in disadvantage in Australia.
