We are looking for mentors to support the #WomenBuildingAfrica.
yher Africa is looking for mentors for its new cohort of female entrepreneurs participating in the yher Africa Invest Program. As a mentor you will work directly with dynamic early stage female entrepreneurs from Kenya, South Africa and Uganda and have a tangible impact on both their personal growth and their venture’s growth.
If you are:
- An experienced entrepreneur (male or female) OR senior-level leader in business
- Passionate about mentoring, guiding and supporting emerging leaders
- Available to serve as a mentor for a mentorship period of six-months (April 2022– October 2022)
- Willing to provide guidance to your mentee as required
- Able to provide status updates to yher on mentee’s progress
- In a position to attend occasional remote mentorship workshops or seminars
- Knowledgeable about the local entrepreneurial landscape in Sub-Saharan Africa (specific knowledge of Kenya, South Africa or Uganda are highly desirable)
