Open Road Alliance – Charitable Grants and Loans
Open Road is offering charitable grants for organizations responding directly to COVID-19. They are also offering four loan products to organizations affected by COVID-19: lost event revenue, accelerating incoming emergency funds, co-investment to support social enterprises and deep impact loans.

yher Africa alumni venture, Safe Motherhood Alliance, is diversifying its product offering from baby delivery kits to manufacturing face masks and distributing other essential medical supplies all in an effort to ensure healthy childbirths across Zambia.
ygap Bangladesh alumni venture, WizKit, has repurposed its product development and research team to address the lack of basic medical equipment and protective gear available to Bangladesh’s medical and front line staff.
yher Pacific Islands alumni venture, Mama’s Mushrooms, is continuing to support female mushroom farmers, despite cyclones and COVID-19, by developing a new product line to meet the demand of the Fiji produce market.
ygap South Africa alumni, Motupa Enterprises, is pivoting from manufacturing cloth constructed slow-cookers to producing cloth face masks in light of COVID-19, positioning themselves as provider of an essential product.
ygap Kenya alumni venture, Pick Up Mtaani, is establishing presence in new areas around Nairobi with their door-to-door delivery service for online business in response an increase in online shopping due to COVID-19.
ygap Bangladesh alumni venture, Project Trishna, is providing relief packages including essentials such as rice, lentils, salt, cooking oil, potatoes and antiseptic soap for the most marginalised members in society.
ygap First Gens alumni venture, Anika Legal, is stepping up to provide free online legal advice to Victorian tenants who are experiencing hardship due to COVID-19 and are in need of rent-reductions.
ygap First Gens alumni venture, Halad to Health, has transitioned teaching online and started a COVID-19 Campaign for proceeds from their tuition services to go to frontline healthcare workers across the world.
